Return Policy
Important Notice: All works sold through Balkan Publications are in digital content (e-book) format.
1. Returns on Digital Products
Under Consumer Legislation, services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e-books, software, digital codes, etc.) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, returning purchased and downloaded e-books is technically not possible.
2. Platform Policies
Your purchasing transactions take place on Google Play Books or Kobo platforms. For your return requests, the customer service and return policies of the platform where you made the purchase apply:
- Google Play Books: Under certain conditions (e.g., if the file is corrupted), Google may accept returns. Please refer to Google Play help pages.
- Kobo: We recommend reviewing Kobo's own return procedures.
3. Faulty Content
If you think there is a technical error, missing page, or formatting issue in the content of the e-book you purchased, please contact us. As the publisher, we will do our best to fix technical problems.
